ACM panels are three layered materials containing a polyethylene (PE) core, bonded with two sheets of pre-finished aluminum. Aluminum composite materials panels contains of two layers of aluminium skin with different gloss levels of 35 to 90% sandwiching a Polyethylene core. The top surface is coated by baked enameled structural system and back surface has a mill finish or baked polyester system.
