Alumtech ACM panels

Alumtech Bond uses its own brand of aluminum composite material Panel registered under the trademark Alumtech. Manufactured with high-tech equipment and in compliance with the industry standards ISO 9001:2000, the panel sheets consist of a non-toxic Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) core sandwiched between two layers of 3000 series of aluminum coated with Kynar 500 Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) while the inward layer is coated with polyester.

Lightweight and Astounding: Alumtech ACM panels provide for ease of installation and handling to lower the installation time and operation cost. High precision manufacturing results in a surface that looks ultra-flat and consistent at every angel.

Resilience and durability: PVDF coating on ACM panels have been designed to deliver high performance in harsh and volatile weather conditions in Canada and to resist corrosion and acid/alkali.

Sound insulation and vibration proof: aluminum composite panels provide for a comparably higher sound insulation and vibration suppression than solid aluminum sheets.

Outstanding fireproofing: Fire-retardant ACM/ACPs contain a non-combustible core made of mineral materials which matches A and B1 grade in fireproofing index. In case of a fire in the building, no harmful gas will be produced.

Flexibility and versatility: ACM panels are made to be efficiently machined using automated cutting, curving, grooving, punching, bending, and drilling.

Easy maintenance: Alumtech ACM panels are cleaned using sponge or a soft brush.

Solid or Patterned coating: aluminum composite panels are available in solid colors and several finishes including metallic, granite, veneer, and brushed. Custom color or finish matching is available upon request.
