Alumtech residential ACP cladding

• Residential design is evolving and during this evolution, traditional building materials are being replaced by ACP. This could enable us to give an aesthetic design to the building while making withstand lifespan. At this project, we cladded all the building even the roof and cap by ACP as a versatile cladding material. A combination of dark and light gray ACP could also make a harmonic façade. The entrance was another area which we covered in the contract. We used ACP in a ( L ) shape to create a recognizable entrance and make the home more inviting.

This could create instant privacy for the customer to feel more comfortable. The customer entered into a contract with one trade party who covered all the required procedures which not only increased time efficiency but also decreased related potential disturbance and difficulties.
